What does Channel Management include?
Publishing supplied, approved videos and thumbnails, preparing metadata, organising the calendar and playlists, and a monthly performance summary for one channel. Additional planning, community support and video-level reviews depend on the plan. The category-wise comparison shows the exact allowances.
Do I need an existing YouTube channel?
Management requires an existing channel, delegated access and approved content to publish. If you are pre-launch, we can discuss your requirements first, but channel setup and branding are not automatically included. Each additional channel needs a separate scope.
Will I keep ownership and control of the channel?
Yes. The service uses delegated access to your channel; it does not require transferring channel ownership or sharing your personal Google password. We agree publishing approvals and access requirements during onboarding, and you remain responsible for the channel's direction and approvals.
Are videos, scripts and thumbnails produced for me?
Not in a management-only plan. You or your production team supply finished videos and thumbnails. For production, explore YouTube Automation, Long-form Editing or Short-form Editing. We can agree a combined scope without billing shared tasks twice.
What do unlimited revisions cover?
Refinements to the metadata, calendar entries and written planning deliverables included in your selected plan, within the agreed brief. They do not add extra uploads, daily community moderation, video production or a new channel. Expanded scope is confirmed and quoted separately before additional work begins.
Do you guarantee growth or monetization approval?
No. We commit to the agreed publishing and operational work, not guaranteed views, subscribers, revenue or monetization approval. Eligibility decisions, copyright disputes and legal clearance are outside the management scope. A readiness review, where included, is not an approval guarantee.
